I have practiced yoga for over 20 years. I am devoted and passionate about providing you with a positive experience through yoga and mindfulness (even to the skeptical). I use research based knowledge and respect your boundaries to provide a safe place to explore your body through movement and reflection activities. When practicing yoga with me, you can expect to be challenged in balance and strength both physically and mentally.
Curiosity is all it takes to start. I have heard, "Oh I can't do yoga, I'm not flexible. I can't even touch my toes." Drop those false pre-conceived thoughts on what yoga is or what you need to start. Yoga is for you! I am available for individual or small group session. I'm located near Baltimore, MD but offer virtual sessions.
